Stay Back
After completing your study in Australia, you may be allowed to stay back for some time to work full – time in the country.
Usually, 2-year course in Australia leads to 2-4 year work permit, depending on the area of country.
Tests Required
Australia is an English-speaking country, so in order to get a visa, it’s mandatory to pass an English language proficiency test. You can opt for any of the following tests:
IELTS: IELTS is trusted by 11,000+ universities worldwide, making it one of the most widely accepted English language proficiency tests. You need a minimum of 6.5 bands average IELTS score to get into a decent university and move to study in Australia.
PTE: PTE stands for Pearson Test of English (PTE). It’s a fully automated test. To get into a reputable university, a minimum of PTE 50 is required.
The scoring system ranges from 10 to 90, marked individually and overall. A minimum score of PTE 50 is required for admission into a good Australian university for a bachelors, and a score of PTE 60 is required for admission into a master’s program.
